Faithful Hands and Complete Commands

“The works of His hands are faithful and just; all His precepts are trustworthy.” – Psalm 111:7

All that He makes and does is reliable and guided by truth; all His commands, His calls for action for the common good of His kids, are honest and true and worthy of all of our trust.

Everything that He has made, and all that He has done and ever will do, are for the benefit of us, His created.  When we are told “NO”, it is a form of protection, not punishment.  He sees the entire picture, where as we only see a small part.  When He pushes us forward, far further than we think we can go, it is there that we become aware of not only our own weakness, but also of our desperate need for our Heavenly Father.

His commands call us to commit to Christ so that we may know and love Him.  We are only truly able to love, when we come to know and receive His great love for us.  As we are saturated in the sweet space of His love poured out upon us, we are then able to be vessels by which His love is poured out upon others.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank You that all that You have made and all that You have done and will ever do, is for the benefit of Your beloved.  Thank You that You have provided commands – calls to action, so that we know how to further find faith and pass it on.  Thank You that You alone are worthy of our trust.  Teach us to trust You at all times and through all things, so that we may see Your kingdom come and Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Use us as Your vessels to pour out all that is pleasing unto You, to people in need.  In Your Name, AMEN.
